Free Delivery for orders over €50 throughout Ireland & UK.
For delivery in Ireland and UK - orders worth €50 and under are charged at €6.50.
We offer next day delivery within Ireland when you place an order before 12.00pm.
For delivery outside Ireland and UK - orders are charged at €14.00.
NB – If your order is travelling further afield than the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders.

Click and Collect
Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman!
To check your order's progress, all you need to do is log into your account using our website www.willow.ie and click order history.
This will allow you to see the current status of your order. Please note that if you used express checkout you will not be able to track your order in this way.

While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. You can either send the goods you wish to return to the Willow Returns Department at the address below, or return your goods instore within 21 days of receipt.

Online Returns: As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 21 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn- [if they are not, we may be unable to accept the goods] we will refund your purchase with 30 working days of receiving your package.
Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card instore. If you wish for a refund, it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will have to go through our online returns process.
