Retail Sales Assistant
Full-Time & Part-Time (Mid Week Flexible)

Job Description:
As our Retail Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our store, connecting with customers and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Your primary role will be to assist customers in finding their perfect fashion pieces, handle sales transactions, and keep the store looking its absolute best. You'll bring a contagious positivity that transforms shopping into a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to their next favorite wardrobe pieces. Handle sales transactions with precision and cheerfulness.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our fashion lines and trends, so you can help every customer find exactly what they're looking for (and maybe what they didn't even know they needed).

Store Appearance: Help maintain our store's visual standards, ensuring it is always inviting and the merchandise is displayed attractively.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing store inventory, helping to ensure that stock levels are adequate, and new merchandise is processed and displayed promptly.

Team Player: Work in harmony with your team, contributing to a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your passion for people and fashion!
- An energetic personality that shines in a customer service role.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, putting them at ease and making their shopping experience memorable.
- Good organizational skills, able to multitask and maintain a tidy store. Not afraid of hardwork.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after hours when needed.

Social Media Executive
Full-Time & Part-Time

A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive to join a growing business. Working closely with the Store manager you will have exposure across all areas of digital marketing and e-Commerce with an emphasis on content management and social media. This is a very exciting time for the company and there is an amazing opportunity here for the right candidate!
- ·Create and develop engaging and innovative content for all social media and communication channels.
- Create online artwork and graphics including e-commerce banners and social media images
- Help hone brand tone of voice across all social media channels and blog, building brand awareness
- Conceptualise, produce and edit video and motion graphics projects and campaigns
- Coordinate pre-production, production and post-production activities
- Populate social media content calendar
- Track and analyse competitors and peers, highlighting best practice, learnings and recommended implementation strategy.
- Monitor analytics and contribute to creation of digital monthly reports.
- Work closely with merchandising/display and buying team to continually optimise product mix across the website.
- Develop & co-ordinate marketing stratedgy across all stores & online.
You need to be passionate about design and consumer marketing, be full of energy, positivity and enthusiasm to fit into a fast-paced environment. You have to be eager to learn new skills.
Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years + experience in design/marketing, or comprehensive personal portfolio demonstrating creativity and design capabilities.
- Proficient with Canva
- Good eye - photography skills essential
- Working knowledge of TicTok, Instagram, etc.
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights a benefit
- ·Excellent understanding of design, digital marketing and fashion trends, their potential and their limitations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent design skills are essential
- Design portfolio and/or show reel portfolio required
