Job Description:

As our Retail Fashion Store Manager, your role will extend far beyond traditional management. You will not only oversee our retail operations but be the beating heart of our store, inspiring your team to achieve sales goals, meet business objectives, and maximize profitability. You will be an essential part of our sales team, driving excellence in customer service and setting the pace for sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Store Management: Take charge of our store's daily operations, ensuring we maintain and exceed the high standards we set for ourselves.
  2. Sales Leadership: Energize your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, making strategic decisions based on sales data. Remember, you're not just overseeing the sales, but a key part of the team making it happen!
  3. Inventory Management: Keep a keen eye on our inventory, ensuring we have the right stock levels and our merchandise is displayed to make hearts skip a beat.
  4. Customer Service: Be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional customer service, turning customer complaints into positive experiences and ensuring every visit to our store is a delight.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead with empathy and positivity, motivating your team to shine. Provide ongoing feedback and learning opportunities to empower their growth.
  6. Visual Merchandising: Keep our store looking its absolute best, adhering to our high standards of visual merchandising.
  7. Compliance: Ensure our store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as adheres to our company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on nurturing employee wellbeing and engagement. Experience with 1-on-1's, connecting authentically with your team, and fostering a supportive, celebratory work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, able to turn any complaint into a positive experience.
  • A keen business sense, with a solid understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after hours when needed.

As our Retail Sales Associate, you are the heartbeat of our store, connecting with customers and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Your primary role will be to assist customers in finding their perfect fashion pieces, handle sales transactions, and keep the store looking its absolute best. You'll bring a contagious positivity that transforms shopping into a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Customer Service: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to their next favorite wardrobe pieces. Handle sales transactions with precision and cheerfulness.

  2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our fashion lines and trends, so you can help every customer find exactly what they're looking for (and maybe what they didn't even know they needed).

  3. Store Appearance: Help maintain our store's visual standards, ensuring it is always inviting and the merchandise is displayed attractively.

  4. Inventory Management: Assist in managing store inventory, helping to ensure that stock levels are adequate, and new merchandise is processed and displayed promptly.

  5. Team Player: Work in harmony with your team, contributing to a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your passion for people and fashion!
  • An energetic personality that shines in a customer service role.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers, putting them at ease and making their shopping experience memorable.
  • Good organizational skills, able to multitask and maintain a tidy store. Not afraid of hardwork. 
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after hours when needed.
