1. About us

willow.ie is run by Killow Retail Limited, trading as Willow (company no. 510610), 4 O'Connell Street, Ennis, Co. Clare, V95 KR81. You can reach us at info@willow.ie or by calling the shop on 065 689 1342.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll email to let you know and refund you in full for it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are on our Delivery page. Your items become your responsibility once they're delivered to you or to someone you've nominated.

5. Returns

You have 28 days from delivery to return items. See our Returns & Refunds page for how. This doesn't affect your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

6. Faulty items

If something is faulty or not as described, get in touch and we'll put it right. Depending on the fault, we'll offer a repair, a replacement or a refund, in line with your rights under consumer law.

7. Product information

We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Our size guides are just that, a guide. If you're unsure, the team in the shop will be happy to help: call us on 065 689 1342.

8. If something goes wrong

If we let you down, for example by sending the wrong item or something faulty, we'll put it right as set out above. Nothing in these terms takes away from your rights under consumer law.

9. Your information

How we look after your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our content

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Willow or our suppliers. Please don't copy them without our permission.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
