Yes, you sure can! Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the Willow in store experience.

As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 14 days of you returning your item to us, however, this is generally a lot sooner. For more information on refunds please click here.

Yes, you most definitely can! Our fabulous gift cards are uniquely packaged in our signature packaging and are a real treat! You can use them in our Ennis and Galway stores. If you want to use the gift card for an online purchase, you will need to get in touch with our customer care team (email@example.com /+353656891342) who will process the transaction for you.
At present, we unfortunately can’t accept credit notes or gift cards as a form of payment online directly, however, if you contact our customer care team on +353656891342, they will try their best accommodate your order and payment via the instore system so you can use your gift card or credit note for your purchase.
Our in store policy is different to our online returns policy. Instore, you can exchange or receive a credit note to the value of the goods purchased (provided they have been returned, unworn, unused and in original saleable condition) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase.We don’t offer refunds in store and there is no return on sale/reduced goods.
We are delighted to offer customers a ‘pay-in’ deposit system, which allows you to make regular payments on items you have placed on deposit for a period not exceeding 3 weeks.
