Is everything in the shop available online?

Not quite — the shop always has the fullest range. If you've seen something in store or on Instagram that isn't on the site, message us and we'll sort it.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes — pick Click & Collect at checkout. It's free and usually ready within 48 hours. More here.

What's the returns policy?

28 days from delivery for a full refund, unworn with tags on. Bring it to the shop and it's done on the spot; post it and we'll process it within 5 working days of arrival. Full details here.

How long does a refund take to show up?

We process postal returns within 5 working days of receiving them. Your bank can then take 3–5 working days to show it in your account. In-store returns are refunded immediately.

Something's wrong with my order.

Sorry — email info@willow.ie or ring the shop on +353 65 689 1342 and ask to speak to someone in store. Have your order number to hand and we'll fix it.

Can I buy a gift card online?

Yes. Our gift cards come in Willow packaging and can be spent online or in the shop. If you'd like to use yours in store, just bring it in — the team will put it through for you at the till.

How fast is delivery?

Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and it's posted the same day; most Irish orders arrive within 1–2 working days. Delivery rates here.

Can I get styling advice?

Always. Ring the shop, DM us on Instagram or email a photo of what you're trying to match — this is what we're good at.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

Yes — UK, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Rates here.
