We really want you to be happy with your order. If you're happy, we're happy.
If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return items for a refund or exchange.
To make life as easy as possible, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.
The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. We would advise that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
If you are eligible to receive your refund, we can only process a refund with a Returns Slip containing clear instructions of the refund or exchange required. If you do not have your Returns Slip or lost the original slip, please email email@example.com and we will email you a new one.
As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
