Refund policy

Online Returns: As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn- [if they are not, we may be unable to accept the goods] we will refund your purchase within 30 working days of receiving your package.

Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card instore. If you wish to have a refund, it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will go through our online returns process.
