Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €85 throughout Ireland. International orders are not eligible for the offer.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Want your package sooner? We offer next day delivery within Ireland, Monday - Friday, when you place an order before 12pm (local time).

STANDARD DELIVERY

Order before 1pm (local time) to receive your order in 3-5 working days. (working days excludes: Weekend & Bank Holidays). For delivery in Ireland - orders worth €85 and under are charged at €6.50. The 

* If you are ordering outside of the EU, please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to pass through customs.

** If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman!

To check your order's progress, all you need to do is log into your account using our website www.willow.ie and click order history. This will allow you to see the current status of your order. Please note that if you used express checkout you will not be able to track your order in this way.
