No printer? No problem. Just put a note in the parcel with the following:

  • Your name, address, email and phone number
  • Your order number (it's on your confirmation email)
  • The items you're returning (name, colour, size, quantity)
  • The reason: too small, too big, not as pictured, faulty, wrong item sent, quality, or changed my mind
